Non-Refundable Services
- Registration fees paid for job consultancy services are non-refundable.
- Fees paid for resume-building, skill training, or any other value-added services are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If a service was paid for but not delivered due to an error on our part.
- If the user mistakenly made a duplicate payment and requests a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
